Position Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Compliance Consultant for our New England region encompassing southeasten Massachusetts and the state of Connecticut. The successful candidate will perform various types of regulatory compliance consulting engagements for our bank and credit union clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and perform compliance consulting projects that include risk assessments, targeted consumer compliance reviews and audits, BSA/AML testing, and CRA evaluations
• Administer the compliance function for our firm’s banking and credit union clients
• Perform compliance training
• Interface with client senior management and regulatory examiners
• Write reports, including findings and recommendations

Requirements Qualifications:

• Possess technical proficiency in all consumer regulatory compliance matters
• Minimum 5 years of regulatory, compliance officer, and/or compliance audit experience in the Banking or Credit Union industry
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills
• An ability to establish an effective working relationship with clients and our staff
• Highly motivated and self-directed
• Bachelor's degree; or equivalent experience
• CRCM and ACAMS designations are a plus
