Position Description:
We are seeking an experienced Loan Review Manager for our New England region encompassing central Massachusetts and the Boston area. The successful candidate will:

  • Manage and grow our Loan Review practice in the New England area
  • Manage and direct a staff of Loan Review consultants
  • Manage and perform Loan Review engagements for our clients
  • Oversee product delivery, including preparation or review of final reports
  • Manage client relationships
  • Develop new Loan Review business
  • Prepare proposals and engagement agreements
  • Meet annual budgets for revenues and expenses

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of commercial loan review, commercial lending, and/or credit administration management experience with a consulting firm, regulatory agency, and/or bank
  • Possess a thorough knowledge of bank operations and banking laws and regulations
  • Strong written and oral communication skills; able to effectively communicate with client management
  • Strong analytical skills; experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access
  • Highly motivated and self-directed
  • Bachelor's degree; or equivalent experience
